POLICY
All sales are final. All customers are contacted by an Extendobed representative to confirm product order and get final customer approval prior to shipping. Any Extendobed orders shipped via freight are not eligible for returns unless Extendobed was at fault.
If you are returning or exchanging an item that shipped freight for either of the reasons listed below, you will not be subject to return shipping costs or fees. Even if you are returning for one of the reasons listed below you will still require a Return Authorization from Extendobed. To obtain an RA, call 800-752-076.
ACCEPTABLE FREIGHT RETURN EXCEPTIONS
- The product you received has a manufacturer’s defect.
- Extendobed sent you a product different from the one you ordered.
It is your responsibility to inspect freight orders upon delivery, and do not accept delivery if the item is damaged or not what you ordered. Refuse the order and call us right away at 800-752-0706.
